Moeller Fine Art, New York—Berlin is pleased to participate at Art Basel Miami Beach from 2 - 5 December 2010 and present works by Italian Futurists Giacomo Balla (1871-1958), and Gino Severini (1883-1966).

Highlights include Paravento con linea di velocità (c. 1915), a double-sided painting by Giacomo Balla, presented in the form of a screen, once exhibited at the National Gallery of Art, Washington. A related work of the same period by the artist, Linea di velocità e paesaggio (above), which in addition to being signed, bears his Futurist emblem on the verso. Also on view is La danse de l’ours (1914) by Gino Severini, a particularly fine pastel once sold by Alfred Stieglitz to John Quinn in 1916 and exhibited at the Peggy Guggenheim Museum, Venice.
